No returns or refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. The goods have been used or modified;
  2. The goods have obvious man-made damage;
  3. The goods do not have original labels or are not in the original packaging;

Returnable situations

You can apply for a return or exchange in the following cases:

  1. The product received has obvious quality problems;
  2. The product received does not match the order;
  3. The product is severely damaged during transportation, and you provide complete photo proof within 48 hours after signing for it;
  4. The product is unopened and unused, and you need to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

Return Request (Applicable within 14 days after receiving the goods)

We accept returns and provide full refunds in the following cases:

  1. The goods are damaged or broken during transportation; 
  2. The goods do not match the style, size and material of your order; 
  3. The product description is obviously inconsistent with the actual product;
  4. The goods received are not the goods you ordered.

Please provide the following materials so that we can review the return eligibility:

  1. Shipping label/logistics receipt
  2. Order purchase receipt
  3. Clear photos of product defects or problems
  4. Email screenshots or relevant evidence of communication with us

Return and Refund Process

  1. Please send the return application and all the above materials to the email address: info@zyvorx.com
  2. We will reply whether you meet the return conditions within 2 to 3 working days. Please turn on the email notification and wait patiently for our reply.
  3. After confirming that the return criteria are met, we will provide a return address. Please do not send the package back by yourself before receiving the confirmation email. We are not responsible for such returns. 
  4. After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 2 working days. The refund will be returned to the original route.

About the refund arrival time

If you have not received the refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please confirm your bank account or payment account record first;
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, and some refunds may be received within 10 to 15 working days (depending on the policy of your issuing bank);
  3. If it is still not received, please contact us by email immediately, and we will reply to you within 2 to 3 working days.
